R&D Manager – Polyester Recycling
Are you a driven R&D professional with a passion for sustainability? Do you want to play a crucial role in developing groundbreaking recycling technologies? Then we are looking for you! As R&D Manager at CuRe Technology, you will lead our team of researchers in developing innovative processes for recycling polyester from packaging as well as from textiles.
Your role:
• Lead R&D projects focused on improving our recycling processes.
• Build strong relationships with knowledge institutions and industrial partners.
• Support and expand the IP portfolio.
• Develop and implement the R&D strategy.
• Report to the management team of CuRe Technology
Your profile:
• MSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D, preferably in the plastics industry.
• Experience in leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for sustainability and innovation.
• Fluently Dutch and English in speaking and writing.
• Living in daily driving distance from Emmen, The Netherlands.
