Recycling multi-layer PET trays

Within this project, the ambition of CuRe Technology and its project partners is to make a major contribution to achieving a fully circular supply chain solution for the polyester industry. The technology development of CuRe Technology is hereby focused on providing new solutions for upcycling the current difficult to recycle polyester waste and reducing the dependence on virgin material in the chain. The knowledge gained in this project results in a sound basis for scaling up the current processes to demo plant settings. Thus, the knowledge gained within this project will be applied to enable new innovations on an industrial scale.
